Pictures from Our March 2009 Trip to Disneyland
Lindsay was supposed to go on a turnaround trip with the Coronado High School
Band. But, because of the current economic condition and its effects on
the band program, the trip was canceled. So, Lindsay and John decided to
go anyway. It was a short two day trip, Friday 3/6 through Monday 3/9.
We had a great time. Crowds were not too bad for a weekend. We were
able to go on just about every ride at Disneyland and most at DCA. We
broke down on the Winnie the Pooh ride and had to walk out. This was a
first for us. We got a few pictures. We stayed at a new hotel, the
Anaheim Plaza right across the street from the Tower of Terror at DCA. It
is an economy hotel, about $70 per night. But, our stay was very
enjoyable. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. We would
recommend this hotel. We have included a few pictures below. Lindsay
