Terms of Sale

• Items can be reserved and will be held for up to 10 days.
• Shipping and handling costs are extra.
• Acceptable payment, charge card (Via PayPal) check or money order in U.S. funds, made out to: John Komlos (If payment is made by personal checks, purchased item will be held until check clears the bank.  There will be a $15.00 charge on returned checks)

• Layaways are accepted: a 35% deposit must be made within 10 days and the balance must be paid within 60 days.
• Trades will be considered.  E-mail trade request with picture of item to be traded.
• Returns: Upon receipt you have 7 days money back guarantee of item cost only (shipping cost excluded), except if you layaway. Should your layaway exceed 15 days you can return the item(s) and receive credit only. (Please notify me in advance when you are returning an item, thank you).

We now accept payment by charge card with PayPal.
